A Special Note to FootFX Patients

Foot FX owner Alvin Burnard has retired to New Brunswick – we wish him well! In the meantime, he has entrusted your care to CWG Footcare. CWG was established in 1989 and was Ottawa’s original Pedorthic clinic. We are located just north of the old FootFX location, at 1390 Clyde Avenue. We have your file (which may be returned to you upon request) which will only be used should you choose CWG Footcare to carry on as your provider of custom molded orthotics). CWG will be able to use your FootFX casts to make duplicate pairs in our own in-house lab. We can also evaluate your needs with a new, or repeat assessment, as well as all follow up care, as you or your Physician require. If there is anything whatsoever we can do for you, please count on us to do our best in a friendly and professional manner.
